Upgrade Key Messages
Since so many of us are spreading the word about The Upgrade, we thought it would be useful to distill the information down into three key messages (but remember to always tailor content to your audience whenever possible). Read more...
- In the spirit of user-friendly design, The Upgrade website now has audience-based navigation: Faculty, Staff, and Students.
- We have officially started calling the program "The Upgrade" in place of the more mysterious ESUP (acronyms are rarely a best practice). That being said, since we don't have the luxury of spending time replacing all instances of ESUP, we spell it out as a tagline where appropriate.
- One Stop is not going away! This is one of the most frequent questions we get, so we want to assure everyone that One Stop will remain an important resource. However, in the post-Upgrade world, University employees, faculty, and students will access much of their information through the new MyU.
