Enhanced Upgrade Education Page Features Online Training Courses & Resources

The Upgrade Education page gives access to online training courses and other resources that University employees and faculty can use to prepare for Go Live in February. The training teams have updated this page to include information about who should take the training, as well as brief course descriptions. Resources that are not yet available are greyed out, but will change to black with a link when ready. Read more...

Brief Notes

  • In the spirit of user-friendly design, The Upgrade website now has audience-based navigation: Faculty, Staff, and Students. 
  • We have officially started calling the program "The Upgrade" in place of the more mysterious ESUP (acronyms are rarely a best practice). That being said, since we don't have the luxury of spending time replacing all instances of ESUP, we spell it out as a tagline where appropriate.
  • One Stop is not going away! This is one of the most frequent questions we get, so we want to assure everyone that One Stop will remain an important resource. However, in the post-Upgrade world, University employees, faculty, and students will access much of their information through the new MyU.
