Upgrade Advance Teams are comprised of University staff who have received advance information and training to help their colleagues adapt to changes in the HR, Finance and Student systems.

How Advance Teams Are Preparing
Last week, more than 100 HR Stars (HR Advance Team members) and Help Desk staff attended incident management and customer service training sessions to prepare for The Upgrade.
Participants reviewed potential issues and learned how to analyze and escalate them. They also reviewed best customer service practices and how to handle stressful situations, including role-playing scenarios. Read more…

As part of The Upgrade, we are changing where PCard reconciliation happens in the system, but not

The Upgrade Fair
Attend The Upgrade Fair on Wednesday, April 15th, in The Great Hall of the Coffman Memorial Union. Everyone is welcome to stop in from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This event will feature demos, information booths, and hands-on support.
